About Richard

Richard is a barrister sole and practises civil litigation (including civil aspects of family law).  

Since his admission in 1998 Richard has appeared several times in the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.  Richard achieved a Master of Commercial Law (Honours) in 2005 from the University of Auckland.


Richard’s chief passion in the law is administrative/ public law and he enjoys undertaking judicial review work but equally so practising in the equitable jurisdiction.
